I've been with Golf Care for several years now. Only ever had the unfortunate reason to make one claim, when I damaged a virtually new 3 wood on a piece of hidden granite !! My claim was dealt with very professionally, easily and promptly and I received a replacement club within a few days, despite the fact that I wasn't even sure I'd be covered for that type of incident ! I was also delighted to find that, when my following year's quote came through it hadn't been hiked up due to the claim. Very refreshing !
