Reliable, knowledgeable and quick to respond

I am fortunate in not having to make a claim, however I did phone to get some advice regarding a complaint - HF service was excellent, I was put straight through to an advisor who guided me in the right direction. By far, the best

I have used HF for 6 years now with a short break in-between. I cheated on them and then realised the grass wasn't greener. I swiftly moved back and now it's a happy ever after scenario. On a serious note, client services are great. They respond in a timely manner. The terms and conditions are simple to understand and the cover provided is super. Fast and helpful responses

Hamilton Fraser insurance was so easy to organise and as a new aesthetics practitioner I found there website really informative and feel comfortable knowing what types of procedures of products I’m covered for so I don’t have to contact them each time I do more training. I also had a couple of small questions and each time they have been answered really quickly and helpfully either through the chat feature on their website or via email.
