We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to Lisa and Charley at Haysto for their unwavering support throughout our mortgage journey. As first-time buyers with the added complexities of being self-employed and having a checkered credit history, we genuinely believed that securing a mortgage was a long shot. From the outset, the team at Haysto were nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and, most importantly, non-judgemental. They took the time to thoroughly understand our unique situation and provided clear, honest advice about what we could expect. At no point did we feel like we were just another case; instead, we felt genuinely cared for. Communication was a standout aspect of our experience. We were kept in the loop at every stage, and any questions we had were promptly answered. This level of transparency and responsiveness made the entire process far less stressful than we had anticipated. The team at Haysto worked tirelessly to find a lender who would consider our circumstances and supported us all the way through to completion. Thanks to their efforts, we are now proud homeowners, a reality we never thought possible. We cannot recommend Haysto highly enough, especially for those who are self-employed, first-time buyers, or have concerns about their credit history. I have found everyone at Haysto approachable, professional and super helpful. My situation has been a challenging one and my time with Haysto has been a lot longer than expected due to a problematic sale of my house. Extremely professional team. Very supportive through the whole process. Excellent communication explaining each stages of the mortgage. Great experience, thankyou!

From our first phone call to getting our mortgage for our home was very easy. With friendly staff, they made the process smooth and having the portal or people available to speak to agter 5pm Monday to Thursday helped us to discuss any questions and appointments after work without having to take time off work to walk into a branch had we have done the mortgage directly with the bank. Leaving us more annual leave to get our perfect hime ready. All staff were brilliant but a special mention for Josh who waa brilliant in getting the right mortgage and a good rate for us. And the process was quick and easy. Thankyou to all of the Haysto team for making our home possible. Would highly recommend them and we are very pleased we choose them for getting our mortgage deal which we are very happy with. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
