Just when I thought there was no option to buy my house, Haysto was there to help! From start to finish they were absolutely incredible, so supportive and understanding and never judgmental to my circumstances. My work life and pay was a little complicated and I was only getting offers from mortgages which were not reflective of my earnings (higher rates) and they managed to secure a much better deal. Eddie was particularly fantastic and I wish I could have thanked him personally. However, I’m now happily settled in my new home thanks to the team. Eddie did go above and beyond! I have to say our experience of remortgaging has been so stressful. But the staff at Gaston have been there every step of the way especially James. He really has gone above and beyond. Really helpful. The advisors are very knowlegdeable and explain every step of the process. Especially good if you are in complex situations (eg divorce) as they have expert knowledge and can save you a lot of time and frustration. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
