Smooth process

They sorted everything from start to finish. Talked me through any documentation needed and did all the difficult conversations. They contacted me when they said and were available to speak to when needed as well . As a first time buyer it was easy! Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Struggling to find mortgage.

struggled to find a mortgage with my previous mortgage broker as they kept applying to ones with low chances of being approved. Moved over to haysto as a last attempt at getting a mortgage after multiple rejections, had a mortgage approved in roughly 1 week!!! From the very first call to the final approval, the team made everything seamless and stress-free. They took the time to fully understand my needs, provided clear guidance every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. What really stood out to me was their professionalism, quick responses, and the tailored advice they provided that perfectly matched my financial situation. I felt supported and confident that they had my best interests at heart. Thanks to the Haysto team, I now have my mortgage sorted and can move forward with my plans. A welcome port in a filthy storm

After entering a debt management plan, my credit went from fantastic.... To awful.... ...... In the space of 3 months!!! So when it came to getting a mortgage I was refused by everyone!! Mainstream lenders and specialist brokers... Haysto came up with the goods though, and actually treated me like an individual. They took my situation and personal circumstances into an account and found me a lender. They then had an open dialogue with them and I was, as above, treated like a person and allowed the opportunity to put my case forward, (a genuine interaction, not just 'computer says no'). Haysto were in touch constantly with updates. When the mortgage was agreed and their fee was paid they were STILL in close contact and went as far as chasing the solicitors on my behalf for updates regarding my purchase. It was expensive, but they were up front about ALL costs, and I was able to make an informed decision. All in all absolutely no complaints. Great customer service

Due to my parents bad credit rating we struggled to get a mortgage but luckily Haysto managed to sort one out. All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t offer more support. We wouldn’t have got the mortgage without them! I do think they are expensive so would only recommend if you couldn’t find a mainstream mortgage broker Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Haysto are fantastic

Would like to start by saying a massive Thank you to everyone at Haysto! What a great company, My husband and I appreciate everything you have done for us, when we really didn't think we had much chance of securing a mortgage due to adverse credit history you guys made it possible and today we received our mortgage offer! Over the moon is an understatement. From start to finish you have been great! From our first phone call with Albert who explained everything to me and was very helpful, then Claire Humby our advisor throughout the whole process worked tirelessly she is brilliant explains everything in detail, answered all of my questions straight away and kept me updated the whole time a huge thank you to her! An impossible dream come true

We recently had the opportunity to secure a mortgage from Haysto, and we must say that our experience was nothing short of remarkable. After facing several refusals from other lenders (who 'promised' they could help us) due to one of us having a very bad credit history, we were beginning to lose hope of purchasing our first home, which was nothing short of a pipe dream. That's when we discovered Haysto, and we are so grateful that we did. From the initial consultation, the team at Haysto demonstrated a genuine understanding of our situation. They took the time to listen to our concerns, assess our financial background, and explain the mortgage options in clear, straightforward terms. Unlike other institutions, there was no judgement regarding our bad credit; instead, they focused on what we needed and how they could help us achieve our goal of homeownership. The process was incredibly streamlined and efficient. Haysto worked tirelessly to find a mortgage solution tailored to our financial circumstances, leveraging their access to various lenders specialising in cases like ours. Every step of the way, their communication was excellent. We were told about our application status and got quick answers to any questions we had. We were thrilled to find out that Haysto was able to secure a mortgage for us on terms that we could manage.
