Excellent company to deal with

Exceptional service, Paul & Dale have been fabulous throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend. Banks just don’t provide the service these days, a slight blip in your credit file and they are unwilling to help. Thank heavens there are companies like this around that actually listen rather than just punch into a computer. Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

I stumbled upon Haysto on the internet after months of no progress in my search for a mortgage. I had had a few applications rejected and one with a very small mortgage offer not suitable for the house l wanted. My adviser was Sarah Earnshaw. Sarah was excellent all the way to the end. She did not lose confidence even in the face of so many obstacles. These included failure to secure a completion date due to an existing tenancy issue and the first mortgage offer expiring. Had to apply again for a new mortgage on a different property. The initial tenancy issue got resolved and had to resume the process on the first property and discontinue the second. I remember becoming hopeless and even forgetting to sign papers and return papers in time. All credit to Haysto and in particular to Sarah who walked the whole journey until l took occupation of the original property l had chosen in November, almost a year of chasing the process . It was a truly excellent Haysto service; 5 Star. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

Absolutely fantastic service. Steve Hatton was our mortgage advisor, consummate professional who worked extremely hard to obtain the best remortgage deal that he could for us.
