I have spoken to advisors and they have always been friendly helpful and professional. I have purchased annual worldwide travel insurance excluding USA and Canada at a very reasonable price. The only drawback is the horrible loud rock music when you are held in a queue. Please get rid of it and replace it with music that is relaxing whilst waiting in the queue!
