Holiday Extras are a good , fair company. Staff are pleasant and able to answer questions you may have. Been with them for 3 years now. Had a claim once and a bit fiddly through an outside company. Had to photograph every detail and forward it. It was time consuming, but successful in the end. Reviewed on: 19th May 2025

Really simple to book. Done through compare the market - no interaction with Holiday Extra or even the website. Seems to be good value for money. Can't comment on customer service as haven't had any interaction. Reviewed on: 19th May 2025
