For an aging technophobe, the support that I received in the early days of when I did not understand what was happening or what I was doing was second to none. As well as being non patronising, they responded quicker than they said they would. The account is easy to use and therefore easy to track money, if I can make sense of it than anyone can... Simple to understand, Amazing to use!

I waited a year to get hyperjar (for my 16th birthday) and so glad I did. It is such a good way to manage money. The jars are way easier than having separate savings accounts and I have already recommended it to many friends and family members already.
