Services & Suggestions for Improvement

I appreciate the services provided by iFast Global Bank and my overall experience has been satisfactory. However, I believe there is significant room for improvement in various areas to enhance customer convenience and efficiency. One key issue I have encountered is the bank statement feature. Currently, there is no option to generate a one-year statement or filter transactions for six months. The system only provides monthly statements, which is quite unusual and inconvenient for customers who need consolidated financial records for audits, tax filings, or other financial purposes. Implementing a more flexible statement retrieval system would be a valuable enhancement. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and look forward to seeing improvements in the near future.
