My claim was refused.

The Fire at the Electricity Sub-station near Heathrow in March'25 prevented me from booking a flight to Marseille. Therefore I lost my one night hotel booking. The Insurance company would not accept my claim for the cost of the hotel. I was not claiming for the airline ticket. Reviewed on: 29th July 2025

It was a great relief to be able to go a board on holiday and create memories knowing that I was covered by travel insurance and at a great affordable price.. staff are very helpful when I have phoned to get a quote over the phone as it can take a while to go over all my current and pass medical history Reviewed on: 29th July 2025

I found this site and I was pleased to find that it was a person who you was dealing with. They helped me navigate all the questions. I had found trying to get insurance was a major problem,not made any easier by sales people making out they was doing me a favour.
