Constructive help, not computer says no’ .

I was treated like a customer and not a problem despite having recent breast cancer treatment, it was both refreshing and a relief! The team called me at a time of my choosing so we were able to discuss all aspects of my treatment and its relevance for my policy. The approach was constructive and proactive and I felt like what I thought might not be possible was not a problem given the time for full explanation on my side and on unsure with’s. After being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer I tried a few insurance companies. Some said no to any sort of cover for me & others offered crazy prices - a weeks cover for more than the price of the holiday! Insurancewith were recommended to me & were amazing. I did my quote online at first but called to check I had done it correctly. The lady I spoke to was so helpful & helped me navigate all the questions. The service & price were both excellent.
