Help during family illness

Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday at very short notice due to a sudden illness of a close family member. The staff were readily available by telephone to help us sympathetically with the claim process,which made a distressing time a bit easier. Our upset and concerns were dealt with in an sympathetic and empathetic manner,which helped enormously during a very distressing time. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Outstanding value. Insured my wife who is suffering stage 4 cancer thus enabling us to maintain quality of life. Other insurance companies want to charge thousands and in some cases declined to offer insurance. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
