Peace of mind

I love to travel and am looking forward to the next opportunity like so many others. I was delighted when I discovered this company as I needed to make changes to my travel insurance. I had tried a few other companies online and unfortunately was declined. I rung them and was treated with such care and clarity which put me at ease. I suddenly feel like a human who could travel rather than a medical condition which was the problem. I have continued to use them and they truly gave me peace of mind every time I have renewed with them. This has worked for me and I feel that regardless of where you are in your life and what sort of cover you need they will assist you in your enquiry and help you through the process. As with all insurances they have to work within their guidelines and will assist whether a positive or negative outcome it continues to leave you feeling valued as a person. Wonderful, patient, friendly service with added bonus of value for money

Trying to ensure I received travel insurance which covered travelling with my health condition and was not very expensive, proved very difficult until I found Insurancewith. Their staff are very patient and compassionate in understanding travel insurance needs of individuals with medical conditions. I found the process very straight forward and easy to follow, particularly for someone with a brain tumour. The cost of the travel insurance is amazing, I didn't need to think twice. Other travel insurance companies were often impatient with me and quickly wanted to let me know the cost and that the cost would be very expensive, so much so that myself and my family would not be able to go on holiday. Following recommendation by a friend we have used Insurancewith for our holiday insurance twice recently. On both occasions we have found there website to be very user-friendly even for those of us of more senior years. When we have needed to speak to someone the phone has been answered promptly the person we have spoken to is always courteous and helpful. Most recently they responded very promptly to my request for a partial refund of my premium as my holiday had been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
