They ask pertinent questions about pre-existing ailments that enable them to rate the policy fairly and usually more reasonably than competitors. My wife's claim was dealt with promptly and the GP questionnaire was straightforward unlike another insurer we had experience of. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024

I first used Insurancewith 10 years ago after I had had cancer and was struggling to get cover for a much-needed holiday. When they gave me the quote on the phone I couldn't believe how reasonable it was and was so grateful. I nearly cried. It made it possible for me to actually go on holiday.
