Initially had a Quote on line. Phoned them to clarify a point in the insurance. Completed on line. Have used them for 1 or 2 holidays per year for the last 10 years. Excellent customer service, excellent Web site, good value given my many pre-existing conditions. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026

The renewal process was straightforward. I spoke with CS agent (Imran) who took me through all the relevant questions relating to my specific medical condition. He displayed a level of knowledge that went beyond the standard script - which was very much appreciated. I will have no hesitation in approaching insurance With next year - for my travel insurance needs. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026

What a relief to find this company!

I had been unable to find travel insurance because of my complex medical history and was getting quite despondent. We were told about Insurancewith by a friend who had also had difficulty. I rang rather than fill in the form online and spoke to a really knowledgeable and friendly lady who gave me a very reasonable quote. What a relief that there is a company that understands complex cases and provides cover at very reasonable rates. Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
