Every thing in one whole package

Fantastic price for what I get with this insurance, to able to travel anywhere in the world. Includes skiing as well. Being 71 years old to be able to get all this for the price I pay, is just incredible. Can't get a package like this anywhere else. One word Superb. Reviewed on: 6th September 2019

Not clear during the quote process

I found a quote online and paid for cover two days before our trip. On reading the small print I noticed that a cruise wasn't covered therefore I had to call and pay an additional premium. I then came home to an email asking me to send details of existing medical conditions or we wouldn't be covered (I picked this up following our holiday). This was after I filled out the online quote fully and was accepted and paid for cover. If anything had happened on our holiday we wouldn't have been covered at all!! Reviewed on: 6th September 2019
