Never had to claim so no direct experience of any response. However, very competative cost and good cover. Very disappointed that cover does not extend beyond 75 years of age so can't continue to use! Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

Holiday Insurance with medical cover at an amazing price

My husband and I needed to include medical conditions on our Policy. We spoke to a customer advisor who was so helpful and friendly and the process was dealt with quickly, efficiently and at a really good price.
