I was pleased to find an insurance company that would provide me with affordable insurance once I hit 70 years. They were very helpful when I phoned to arrange it, but thankfully haven't had to use it on my travels. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017

Poo customer service

Had mobile stolen whilst at the Olympics in Rio and even though we had the additional insurance to cover the item we are still trying to get our money. They do not respond to emails and we are still chasing payment even though our claim goes back to August last year! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2017
