This is not insurance - it's a loan.

This is not insurance. This is more like a loan that you have to pay off if you claim. Anytime you make a claim premiums... This is not insurance. This is more like a loan that you have to pay off if you claim. Anytime you make a claim premiums shoot up with usual excuses like "vet fees have gone up". Yet before claiming you can still get reasonable cost insurance. Read more Read less

I made 2 claims for my previous dog.

I made 2 claims for my previous dog. Not only did they pay both claims but sorted out the invoices from the vets, which were in a mess.
