We insured our girl with them 8 years ago, started at 45 a month went up to just short of 140 a month by the point of cancelling, each claim we made was declined! Before the last operation my partner spoke to an advisor who informed that asking as the condition (lump in groin area) had not had treatment in the last 6 months we would be covered! No mention of the small (tiny) print that only if the dog is neutered! When this was raised we was told this isn't something the staff know! I'd like to know why, surely it's their jobs to know the policy inside out or explore that it the don't before telling you you are covered! Over the last 8 years we've put nearly 10,000 pound in and also had to cover 10,000 of operation varying from cruciate damage, hydro, ear operation and then the latest being a non cancerous lump removed! I could go on and on about how shocking they are but I'll let you make your own mind up when putting your precious pet into the hands of a company who will leave you high and dry when you need them!
