Plain sailing

I'm not a fan of fuss, complication, poor value or feeling antagonised. This insurance company have avoided all that by having an easy mode of contact and a personable Human the other side of the telephone followed with straightforward email and documentation after. The cover is easily understood and fit for purpose at a reasonable price and (not having made a claim) I feel I can trust these folks to look after me if I need them. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
