GP14 and ILCA Laser.

I have had 2 sailing dinghies covered by Insure4Boats an old GP14 based at Port Edgar on the Forth and then a Laser at Portobello, Edinburgh. Obtaining cover was simple and straightforward as was the change of location and boat initially done on line and completed by telephone. The paperwork obtained satisfied the yard / club to give sufficient 3rd party liability cover . I have not had a claim which would further test the extent of insurance cover and efficiency of any claim settlement. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
