My insurance was Ripe for a Change!

I am new to Ripe but their online experience beat the others hands down, they were the only provider who didn’t let you get to the end of the form only to be told to phone….which proved a thankless task. I haven’t had to make a claim or speak to the customer services as yet, but have been reassured by all the positive feedback and comments I’ve found. After 8yrs with another provider (never claimed) their customer service seemed totally unaware of what a Narrowboat is!?..the time was ‘Ripe’ for a change. Reviewed on: 13th September 2025
