From opening the website, the whole experience was excellent. Simple, easy straightforward prompts to navigate through application for insurance quote and an immediate response. Can’t fault them. Speaking to a customer service colleague was as easy. Understood my requirements/amendments immediately and able to provide the best information. The best I’ve dealt with. We've used Insure4Boats to insure our narrowboat for a few years now. The range of cover is excellent for a very reasonable price. They offer a discount for new customers but they remain very competitive in subsequent years so it's a 'no-brainer' to stay with them. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
