Little or no communication, Insure4Boats abdicated responsibility for processing my claim to Mac Marine and the nominated boat repairer. I do not know the correct procedures, so I am disappointed with the way Insure4Boats dealt with my boat repair and their lack of explanation of the processes involved. Reviewed on: 6th September 2025
