Easy online application and efficient personal service

It is very easy to apply online. Filling in the details of our increased instrumental stock generated a fair premium, paying online was easy and all the documents were received by return email. Couldn’t have been simpler. A quick email to sort out an overlapping payment (an error on my part) was dealt with and reported back to me again practically immediately. Extremely efficient. Well, they insure stuff, they dont charge the earth, and its real people when/if you need to chat. Isnt that what its supposed to be ? I.E. They do exactly whats required without fuss. Personally, if other companies, from all activities, were this good things would be so much better. But thats a big ask I guess, turning off the twenty button answerphone and the "please see the website" auto chatbot and using actual people is a tough move to make. Especially, if you thought they were a good idea in the first place. I4M have pretty much nailed it for customer service. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021

A super simple, straightforward and reliable way to insure music equipment! Insuring musical instruments and equipment can be extremely complex if trying to do it through a 'general' insurance, but with insure4music's specially designed coverage it was a breeze! Reviewed on: 30th September 2021
