Nice approach to the policy.

I cannot judge customer service because I've not need to contact them (so I selected Neutral). I've also not made a claim so I cannot judge the claims process. However, the policy/price and generic approach covering equipment up to a maximum value makes it easy to administer and changes to equipment part way through the policy term don't need to be updated provided I am still happy the amount of cover is still suitable. I have never bothered with DJ insurance up until the start of 2024. I am extremely glad that I took the initiative to purchase it . Insure4Music were there for me the moment my new Pioneer Opus Quad was damaged from a drinks spill on it in a live set at a pub. From initially starting the claim to the end, when the equipment was declared damaged beyond repair Insure4Music kept me informed of what was happening. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024
