Who knows, they could be brilliant, kind, caring, thoughtful and considerate in a musician's gravest hour of need. They could, on the other hand, be maniacal monsters with a penchant for destruction and mayhem, whose sole purpose is to swindle little old ladies out of their hard earned pensions. I tried a few different companies who claim to be specialist music insurance people. They all wasted my time asking questions not related to the industry.
