Exactly what I needed, when I needed them! I had an expensive piece of work/gigging equipment break, and the customer service was not only excellent but they did as my insurance documents promised. And provided the money for me to get it fixed. Such a relief and so glad that I had the insurance there when I needed it. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026

Flexible instruments insurance

What I particularly like about Insure4 is that they don’t require serial numbers. You are simply insured for an amount of money. This means that it is flexible and any instrument you have is insured within the amount you are insured for. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026

Easy to use website with great customer service

Information on website is clear and easy to find, as well as to understand. There is good communication from the company notifying when renewal is due. When I have needed to clarify anything specific, I have had a prompt reply. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

When I rang up I had a fantastic advisor called Scott very friendly and helpful. We chatted for a long while and he went through every step on great detail.... if he isn't on good commission he should be as he was a pleasure to talk to and was every thing an advisor should be.
