“Really positive experience using my sports insurance to support my personal training and rehabilitation. The process was straightforward, and having the sessions covered made it much easier to focus on recovery, rebuilding strength and getting back to doing what I enjoy. Insurance is good - online portal could be improved

The insurance is good and the customer service is good over the phone, but the online portal frequently crashes when trying to amend policies which is quite frustrating, as this then then requires a phone call to customer service. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

As someone who has recently started teaching pole, having the right insurance in place was really important to me.
