Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Really good customer service

When I had to claim the reimbursement of some physiotherapy sessions this year, it has been made really easy for me do to do so and the communication with Insure4sport's advisers has been really helpful. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022

Easy to buy and renew

Amazing service
