Price discrepancy & email blunder but great prices

There was a problem entering the discount code, so we called up instead. It was a bit confusing that the website price wouldn't be acceptable compared to the phone price. However, there was a current promotion which had a higher discount compared to the website discount code I was given. I also didn't receive my insurance policy number for over 1 week because they had got my email address wrong. However, once I called up, this was sorted very quickly. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

The amount of benefits you receive outweigh the price by far. I'd expect to pay more. Always managed to get through to someone easy if needed and to rejoin after my first year was simple and quick online. I feel at ease with my clients knowing my back is covered by Insure4Sport.
