Reliable, accurate and simple

I'm a pole instructor and in order to be covered I needed to be PDC member, have up to date FAAW as well as have my personal training qualification. This shows dilligence and makes it clear that this organisation is serious about being proffessional. The initial phone call was very quick and easy and when I've spoken to them since for advice they've been knowledgable, helpful and efficiant. I don't even have to think about my insurance. Although I have not needed to make a claim, each time my insurance is ready to be renewed I get friendly reminders - not too many, not too few - and should I have a query the team are extremely helpful, they speak plain English! Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
