Lovely guys, fairly priced, I recently had an issue with a certain fitness class that wasn't covered without adding a hefty premium - but after a bit of explaining the system and pointing out how low risk it was they got in contact with the underwriters for me to discuss the if they could change the policy and sorted everything out! Great insurance company. Was really convenient that they changed their policies for trainers in line with COVID-19 to suit our needs. They automatically insured trainers to use online services like zoom which I thought was great. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
