Really simple to use and straight forward, customer service is great always answer me quickly on phone or email and are very friendly always happy to go through things with me and explain any jargon I don’t understand! Easy and straightforward

The insurance itself on paper is suitable for what most personal trainers need. Whether it holds up in the event of a claim, is something I don't know because I've never had to claim. There are some communication issues when communicating with the office, especially with referrals - no one seems to have a clear trail of where things are which is frustrating but this doesn't detract from the insurance itself.
