I renewed this year but price has gone up significantly, from £52.49 in 2025 to £71.35 which I feel is steep Bailey says he gave me a 30% discount when I should have got a 60% discount from an email days earlier to renew with a 60% discount but this was not taken into account. Arranging insurance was straightforward, but I also recently needed copies of receipts from previous years' insurance, and these were quickly provided. The communication was quick and easy and I felt like this was a personal support service. So much better than the automated services or online 'chat' of other companies. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
