They are efficient and friendly while ensuring that clients are satisfied in as many was as possible. While I personally encountered complications whilst attempting to renew online as a bug in the website meant I was unable to update my personal details and insurance start date, the team on the phones were promptly able to fix my issues and within a 5 minutes my cover was renewed with updated personal details and the desired cover start date. Ripe insurance provide profession insurance at an affordable cost with great deals such as 50% off for new customers and a £40 voucher for referring a friend. The provide me with specialist insurance to cover me for a range of activities both as a teacher and practitioner. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
