Im sure they are like all insurance companys and when it comes to pay out it will be a painful experience. This applies to all companys. Dissapointed they dont send an email version of your cert which is handy to take on holiday. And they are crazy about data protection so much so you cant talk to them. WTF !! Needed to find travel insurance for a short trip to Eire for my 70th birthday next week. My current provider no longer exists to had to look around. Just Travel Cover came up on searches & proved to be so simple in getting competitive quotes for this one off trip. I made my choice & have the cover I wanted. So simple & so painless!!
