Really helpful staff sorting straight forward cover

After being unable to complete the application one due to medical issues. I spoke to a member of the team. She very efficiently went through the information, explaining things as we went. Buying online would have offered 12% discount through forces discount. This was honoured so through cover I got was very good value and compared very well with other quotes. Very happy with the service they provided in sorting our travel insurance out……. So why 7 stars in recommending to friends & family? Simple…. let’s hope we don’t need to make a claim…… and if we do and they sort it out satisfactorily…then I’ll give them 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

I live with cancer and have always found it difficult to get travel insurance for just my items and for other medical things like an injury. A few companies in the past have refused to sell me insurance, and made me feel outcast because of my illness, yet with Just Travel they have been very accommodating in helping me find the right insurance for my needs. There wasn't anything that was too much trouble, and the helpful staff put me at ease. Thank you Just Travel.
