Great company.

One year we had got mugged on holiday,no help from travel agent even though we were upset. when we got back home just travel refunded what we lost,no hassle.It was a relief. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Good until you claim

Good price and seemingly good cover, but when I tried to claim a relatively small medical bill, it was like trying to leap through hoops. Th bill was £342 and I included ships doctors notes, test results and diagnosis, but no my own GP was required to complete the form as well. So, take off excess take off my doctors fee for completing form, not a lot left. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Always reachable

March 2020 our cruise was cancelled two days before sailing. I phoned Just Travel to cancel insurance. The money was back in my account within minutes. I did not get this service from other companies ie. hotel, parking and booked taxis which also were no longer required. Well done Just Travel the customer never forgets. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
