I was using this company twice and was very happy with the result. They been always keep me updated well in front and all the way of the application, replied on my email and queries quickly and were patience & friendly and profettional at the same time. Quick and helpful remortgage securing the best rate!

I needed to remortgage quickly, prior to the rate rise, I knew I would receive a penalty for doing this, but L&C were happy to discuss the risks of remortgaging and the costs that I would incur and they were able to secure the new mortgage in a swift manner, so we did not miss out on the rate that was immeniently changing.
