I’ve dealt with Mark P, he helped me to get a mortgage in quite complicated circumstances, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and did everything possible to find a suitable product - something banks and other brokers had been unable to do. A wonderful trustworthy service provider that cares

We have had a particularly difficult time personally recently and have had to move due to very challenging circumstances. London and Country have been integral in ensuing that anything related to our mortgage has remained stress free. The customer service provided is excellent, with well trained staff who are friendly, helpful, supportive and sympathetic. They do seem to genuinely care, reply in a timely manner to emails and calls but more importantly have a wealth of knowledge, putting you at ease, knowing the advice, guidance and information you receive is trustworthy. We have been with London and Country now for over 14 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We highly recommend using their service. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
