Poor customer service

Probably the best broker ever

Ive used LandC twice as a broker and found both times they managed my enquiry very well, finding me the best deal, locking it in and kept me informed. Their conveyancing firm and solicitors they use were also top notch and kept me informed. I was able to complete on time and with little to no hassle at all. Helped from beginning to end of buying first property

Helped from beginning to end of buying my first property. The teams made the full process simeple to followed and clearly advised on what was needed, where and how formatted documents should be laid out. Additionally the teams make it clear on every part of payment that was needed including all products required in getting a successful mortgage. Which to say here, the team managed to get me on the best-fixed rate that was well within my budget and ensured every part of the process was met in a time affective manor. Could not faulter the process, team and overall friendliness and willingness to the path of success. As for any bad points and/or improvements, with the team already going above and beyond, there is nothing I would personally change. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
