Great personal service & clout to get the best deals

I've had a great experience using L&C over the last twelve years for mortgages and re-mortgages. They offer a very personal service and look after you well. It's reassuring that they are big enough to get the best deals. Their rate check service works well too, ensuring you don't miss out if rates get better after you've chosen one provider. This is the second time I've used L&C to remortgage.

This is the second time I've used L&C to remortgage. I didn't hesitate to use them again having had a great experience 2 years ago. The brokers I worked with were knowledgeable, genuinely pleasant and efficient people. I reviewed all my insurances with them as well and will do so again. I've gone for a no fees mortgage each time based on the range of options presented to me. I wouldn't have been saving any money. I like the fact that there is a built in double check during the process, incase rates have gone down while your applications are underway. L&C provide a great all round service and its free to me. Great service for no cost.

Great service for no cost. Advisors are knowledgeable and support queries even when you may be unclear of what you need. I used them for advice around remortgaging an existing property and for gaining a mortgage on my second property. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

So polite and explain things clearly without rushing you - they never make you feel like you are asking silly questions or wasting their time. They secured the perfect mortgage for my circumstances.
