A very happy customer, Mortgage and Life Insurance

I was pointed in L&Cs direction by my brother, and initially spoke with Jack Childs who was very professional and friendly. He walked me through everything and was very thorough. When he went on holiday, I was not left, I was passed on to Kirsty Hale who I was even more please with, exceptionally professional and caring, I could tell she was not just 'doing her job' but trying to get the best for me. My mortgage went very smoothly, and I was very happy, so once completed, I enquired about mortgage and life insurance with them, speaking to a David Elliot, who was also, very friendly, very professional, and trying to provide a product that suited me. We’ve had excellent experience with L&C over the years. They are patient and facilitate meetings with us to fit in our schedule, as well as provide clear emails with further information.
