Great support, great experience, great outcome

Of all the mortgage brokers I spoke to, L&C were by far the best, so I used them to secure the mortgage for my home, which I’ve now purchased. Being on a fixed-term contract made things more challenging, other brokers told me it wouldn’t be possible, but L&C were brilliant and made it happen. They found me a great deal, communicated clearly throughout, and were incredibly supportive during the buying process, taking the time to explain everything. They even renegotiated my mortgage when interest rates dropped and were always available whenever I needed reassurance or advice. I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I haven't got a clue about mortgages.

I haven't got a clue about mortgages. Usually I just nod along, and brace myself for the number at the end. Thankfully Lavan was incredibly insightful, didn't waste time with getting the facts to me in a simple and understandable manner, walked me through overpayments, secured the best rate a little while before I had to which paid off as the rates did go up before I had officially agreed anything. The savings we managed to make has allowed me to overpay each month by £400, if I continue to do so I can have my mortgage paid off 12 years earlier! Something I would never have imagined possible without the insight and assistance from L&C. Will be using them everytime, no hesitation. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
