Pleasant and straightforward experience.

I have used L&C twice now for a mortgage. Each time was a pleasant experience. Both mortgages were not straightforward, but the advice and assistance L&C staff provided made the process easy to understand and navigate. Dealing with one primary person was also appreciated. I have and will continue to recommend L&C to my friends and family and will definitely be remortgaging with them when my fixed term is up. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

I came to L&C because my previous broker (different company) was sacked for dodgy dealings and I was left on variable interest. L&C came to the rescue! I am so pleased with how quick and efficient they were. I am never the sort to leave reviews but L&C definitely deserve praise.
