You want the best mortgage broker choose Rob Timm

Rob Timm has been taking care of my mortgages for me since the beginning of Sunland Mortgages. He’s friendly approachable and I know at a drop of a hat he will be reachable to give sound advice. In a world drowning in AI and technology Rob is the opposite of that, he builds relationships and rapport, finds the best mortgages to suit his customers and goes above and beyond to put the customer needs first. 1st class service

Have used Sunderland mortgages multiple times through the years. Rob's customer service is beyond excellent when it comes time to remortgage, really takes the time to explain the different options available and then takes it from there making the whole process a breeze. We highly recommend Sunland Mortgages.
