"My second Mortgage experience with Robert Timm at...

"My second Mortgage experience with Robert Timm at Sunland Mortgages, From helping me previously he knew my financial background and at first I just called him for a "what if I wanted to ........" conversation. He gave me some ball park figures and advised me of the options available to me to do what I wanted to do. He gave me time to think about whether I wanted to go ahead with the buy to let and put no pressure on me at all. The first property I was initially thinking of buying was taken off the market but Rob kept me very positive and suggested I took some time and did not rush into another one, just for the sake of it but wait until a property came along that I knew it was right for me to invest in as a buy to let. When this happened Rob was very quick to act as soon as I gave him all my relevant up to date information. He came back with a mortgage offer for me within hours. Throughout the process he kept me up to date, gave me advice. He made things very easy fand straightforward for me. Rob has been absolutely brilliant throughout!

Rob has been absolutely brilliant throughout! His knowledge, advice and guidance during my first property purchase has been invaluable. It can be a daunting process, especially as a first-time buyer however, Rob has been super responsive and a great support, explaining the process and addressing my queries and concerns along the way. Excellent Service From My Mortgage Advisor

Rob Timm was my mortgage advisor, and I couldn't have asked for better support throughout the process. He was always helpful, responded quickly to any questions I had, and was incredibly patient in answering all of my queries. He made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful.
