I first used L&C Mortgages in 2019 to buy my first house in Scotland and more recently to remortgage my house. They made the whole experience straightforward and pain-free. They arranged my mortgage and my Conveyancer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, responding to any of my requests in a timely manner. L&C leading the way

Any individual we have came into contact with at L&C has been extremely understanding, helpful and thorough in getting our mortgage or advice. We were searching for a mortgage as first time buyers with an okay credit rating and we were able to get a great mortgage at a great rate and were given access to a helpful portal to upload all the documents into and keeping track.
